The talented actor was born José Tenoch Huerta Mejía in Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico, Mexico on 29th January 1981. Moreover, on Instagram, Tenoch has stated that his parents have four kids, which means that he grew up alongside three siblings, one of whom is reportedly named Claudia Xóchitl Huerta Mejía.

The Narcos: Mexico star was enrolled in an acting course with María Elena Saldaña.
