Yacoub then moved back home and was unsure of what to do next. Her sister then suggested that she try out for Miss Suisse Romande. Souheila also enrolled at local acting and dance classes at the time. Unsurprisingly, she won the Miss Suisse Romande title in 2012 and was offered a scholarship at Cours Florent in Paris for a three-year programme, Following this, Souheila also trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d’art dramatique (CNSAD).
The Swiss actress made her acting debut in 2016 playing Aïcha in the French show, Plus belle la vie. She then booked her first major theater role in the production of Tous des oiseaux at Théâtre National de la Colline on the Paris stage. Souheila then made her big screen debut in the 2018 movie, Climax. She also starred in Les affamés that year and appeared in Lomepal’s music video Trop beau.
In 2019, Souheila Yacoub starred as Jasmine in the Canal+ series Savages and the short films Rouge and Chute Libre. Then the following year, the Swiss actress had significant parts in the show, No Man’s Land and the feature film The Salt of Tears. Her performances in both of these projects were well received.
