As for his education, Byrne attended the Abbey Grammar school in his hometown and trained under Sean Hollywood at the latter’s Newpoint Players drama group. It seems like the talented actor’s love for art originated when he was very young and he continued on with it. Moreover, Caolan credits Hollywood for providing him and other young actors to believe that they could succeed in the field.
