Bromilow then played Libby Sanders in Packed to the Rafters and Jonquil Payne in Spirited between 2009 and 2011.

The talented actress then starred in the movies Not Suitable for Children and Felony and the show, Mr & Mrs. Murder. But she then took a break from the entertainment industry for a few years. Belinda Bromilow made her comeback in 2016 playing Betty in the popular show, Doctor Doctor. She starred in the show till 2021 and in between had a guest appearance in another show, Rake.

Belinda Bromilow was then cast as Aunt Elizabeth in the satirical and historical comedy-drama, The Great. She had previously auditioned for a part in the 2008 production of the original play in Sydney Theatre Company. However, she was not selected at the time.
